Terms of Service
1. General
The SEGULA Jewelry store and self-order kiosk are operated by Alpha Gold Ltd., a company registered in Israel under company registration number 515257020, with its registered address at 3 HaDashanim St., Haifa, Israel. Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
2. Made-to-order products
Each piece is custom-made to your selection (metal, stone, color, size). Estimated production is up to 14 business days after payment confirmation, followed by shipping of up to 3 business days. The estimated arrival date is shown at checkout before payment. Product images are illustrative; slight variations may occur as pieces are handmade.
3. Prices & payment
Prices are in ILS (₪) and include VAT as required by law. The binding price is the one shown at checkout. Orders are subject to payment authorization.
4. Cancellation & returns
As items are specially made per the consumer’s order, under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law no cancellation right applies once production has begun. Cancellation before production begins is possible subject to lawful cancellation fees. Defective or non-conforming items: contact us within a reasonable time for repair, replacement or refund per law.

5. Warranty
Each piece includes a warranty certificate covering manufacturing and material defects for 12 months from delivery (unless otherwise stated). Normal wear, scratches, impact damage, misuse, third-party repairs and chemical exposure are excluded.
6. Limitation of liability
Our liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. The store is provided "as-is".
7. Intellectual property
All rights in the store — design, content, images, trademarks and the SEGULA Jewelry logo — are reserved.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of the Haifa District shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
