Account Deletion
From the app or the website
Go to “My Account” → “Delete my account”. Deletion is immediate — no request, no waiting period.
If you already removed the app
Open the account area in a browser, sign in with your phone number and the code sent to it, and delete from there. If you no longer have access to that number — by email at office@alpha-gold.co.il.
What is deleted
The account itself, the identifying details linked to it (phone, name, email if provided), and marketing consents. After deletion you cannot sign in, and we send you nothing.
What remains, and why
Order records are kept separately from your identity, as accounting documents. Israeli bookkeeping regulations require retaining them for seven years, and we may not delete them on request. They are not used to contact you and are no longer linked to the deleted account.
