Who controls the data
The database owner and controller is Alpha Gold Ltd., Co. No. 515257020, 3 HaDashanim St., Haifa, Israel. Privacy requests — by email at office@alpha-gold.co.il.
Data we collect
To process your order we collect your name, phone number and order details (item, size, metal and stone selected). If you opt in to marketing we also record the channel you chose and the consent text shown to you. Payment is processed by a secure PCI-DSS provider and is not stored by us.
Purpose of collection
Data is collected solely to: (1) process, produce and ship your order; (2) contact you about it and provide service and warranty; (3) meet legal obligations including bookkeeping; (4) send marketing — only with separate explicit consent. Providing the data is voluntary; without it we cannot fulfil the order.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or rent your data. It is shared only as needed to fulfil the order or as required by law, and only with: the payment processor, the shipping company (name, phone, delivery address), cloud and hosting providers operating the site, and the messaging provider (for those who opted in). No sharing for third-party marketing.
Retention and security
Order data is retained for the period required for warranty and legal obligations; marketing data until consent is withdrawn. Data is stored in a protected environment, access is limited to staff who need it, and it is transmitted encrypted.
Marketing
We will send promotional messages only with your explicit opt-in consent, per Israeli law. You may unsubscribe at any time at no cost.
Your rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may review the data we hold about you, request its correction if it is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and request its deletion — reach us by email at office@alpha-gold.co.il. Records we are legally required to keep (such as invoices) are retained for the statutory period and used for no other purpose.
Deleting your account
If you created an account you can delete it at any time from within the app or the site: "My account" → "Delete my account". No need to contact us and no waiting period.
Deletion removes your login account, your name and phone number from our customer records, and your marketing subscription together with its consent record. The action is final and cannot be undone.
Two things are retained, and only these: (1) invoice and transaction records — Israeli tax regulations require businesses to keep transaction records, so sale entries are kept for the statutory period, without your name and without your phone number; (2) an order not yet delivered — delivery details are kept until the item reaches you, then deleted. Neither is used for any other purpose, marketing included.
