Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Alpha Gold Ltd., which operates the SEGULA Jewelry store and self-order kiosk, treats service accessibility as part of the service itself, and works to make the site and the kiosk accessible to people with disabilities under the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998 and its Service Accessibility Regulations, 5773-2013.

Conformance level applied

The standard adopted is Israeli Standard SI 5568 at level AA, which adopts the W3C WCAG 2.0 guidelines. Text-to-background contrast ratios are measured automatically on every code change, and any known defect is reported under "Known limitations" below.

Accessibility requests

Accessibility is the responsibility of Alpha Gold Ltd. (Co. No. 515257020), and requests are handled directly by the company.

To report an accessibility problem, request an adjustment, or ask for a document in an accessible format — reach us by email at office@alpha-gold.co.il. Please include a description of the problem, the page where you encountered it, and the browser or assistive technology you use. Requests are handled within a reasonable time.

Known limitations

We report here what we know is not fully accessible, and are working to fix it:

· Embedded third-party components — including the card processor payment page — are outside our control; their accessibility is the vendor’s responsibility. If you have difficulty at the payment stage, contact us and we will complete the order through an alternative channel.

· Documents generated as PDFs (warranty and stone certificates) may not be tagged for screen readers. On request we will send the information as accessible text.

· Marketing video content does not currently include captions.

Physical kiosks

The self-order kiosk is located inside businesses we do not own, so physical accessibility of the building (parking, access route, restrooms) is the responsibility of the hosting business. The kiosk screen supports text enlargement, and any order can be completed with staff assistance through an alternative channel.

This statement was updated on 15.8.2026, and is reviewed on every material change to the site and at least once a year.
