Covered
Manufacturing and material defects for 12 months from delivery. Each diamond piece includes an authenticity certificate.
Not covered
Normal wear, scratches, bending or breakage from impact, stone loss from misuse, third-party repairs, and chemical exposure.
Making a claim
Present the warranty certificate and proof of purchase. Reach us by email at office@alpha-gold.co.il. Repair or replacement is carried out within a reasonable time.
